Steel Fabrication Shop

Covered fabrication area of more than 10,000 sqm, equipped with modern facilities, 6 overhead cranes 930 tons and 25 tons) with combined lifting capacity of 60 tons and served by a 100 ton trailer. Steel production capacity of the shops average more than 1,500 tons per month.

  Blasting and Tank Coating
We have comprehensive facilities and trained workers for open and vacuum blasting, airless high-pressure spray washing, hydro jetting up to 30,000 psi and internal tank blasting. A 2,800 m² Enclosed Blasting Facility is also available for simultaneous blasting and painting under all weather conditions. We carry out an average of 300,000 m³ of internal tank coating work annually.

The combined strength and capabilities of our two resident specialists, Haraco Services and Steel Surface Protection Engineering Pte Ltd (ex Singapore Nakata) includes 24 dehumidifiers of 500 m³/min, 300 m³/min, 250 m³/min, 30 vacuum machines and an average of 80 blasters, complemented by our 240 experienced blasters, sprayers, cleaners and strip coat workers and 20 supervisors and quality control inspectors, average a daily output of 2,000 m² per day.

An enclosed blasting facility is also available to enable blasting and painting processes to be carried our simultaneously without being affected by weather conditions.

Joinery and Outfitting Shops

Services include rebushing of stern tubes, furniture repair, furniture manufacture and upholstering, carpet laying, general textile work and pattern making for casting work.
